Welcome to Mypeople123 App™ (the "Service"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Service, including the Mypeople123™ (MP123) subscription. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The MP123 subscription service is designed for elected officials to manage a confidential database of their constituents. This Service allows you to aggregate notes, emails, and texts into a cohesive system that integrates with your agency’s departments and work order systems.
The Service is intended for use by elected officials or authorized personnel. By subscribing, you confirm that you are eligible to use the Service in this capacity.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as selected during the sign-up process. Payment will be charged to your designated payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
You may cancel your MP123 subscription at any time through the app’s account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription.
Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities that occur under your account. Ensure that your login credentials are secure and not shared with unauthorized individuals.
The MP123 service is designed to help you manage constituent data efficiently. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data privacy and management.
All constituent data managed through the Service is considered confidential. We implement security measures to protect this data, but you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service does not compromise the confidentiality of this information.
Service Ownership All content, software, and technology associated with the Service are owned by My People App™ and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided by the Service without prior written consent.
Any content you input into the Service remains your property. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Prohibited Activities You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access to other users' accounts, or engaging in activities that disrupt or damage the Service.
